Team Orientation Day

Today the clubhouse staff spent the day getting to know one another. Training was provided and everyone is really anxious to start the season. We hope to see everyone out golfing and enjoying our facility in the near future!

The Ridge at Manitou will open the golf course on Friday May 4th. The spectacular clubhouse, dining room, screened in porch and patio will be opening for lunch or dinner on May 4th as well. The season is upon us and it’s time to book a tee time or enjoy a delicious meal at the club.

The Ridge at Manitou is open for public play 7 days a week now. Just give us a call at 705-389-9577 to book a tee time or to make a reservation for lunch or dinner. It’s an experience you’ll want to relive over and over again.

Getting Ready

The course is coming along very well. We have just gone through our cold snap last week and are starting to warm up. the course is looking good with our first cuts on greens, tees and fairways last week. The Turf Crew is working hard to get The Ridge in great shape for opening day

Sitting on the Dock

I can’t believe that I am sitting on the dock this morning with coffee in hand. It has been an amazing two weeks of weather. The course no longer has any snow on it. There is lots of clean up work underway from the many wind storms we had over the winter. We have received lots of inquires about opening day and it is still slated for May 4th but there may be a possibility of a soft opening if the weather stays nice. We will keep you posted to any changes in regards to this. Here is a picture from my dock this morning.
